Panama Metrobus Balance is a free Android app developed by Yizack Rangel. The app is designed to help users in Panama check the balance and transaction history of their metro and metrobús cards. Users can also create an optional account with their email and password to link their cards and access all their cards automatically if they change devices.
The app allows users to update the balance and transactions of their cards at any time of the day. However, it may take up to 15 or 30 minutes to reflect the last transaction or action made with the card due to the update delay imposed by official sources. The graphical representation of spendings, balance changes, and loads is available in the graphs tab of the app, which is easy to understand and user-friendly. The app is available in two languages (Spanish and English) and has a dark mode option to improve night vision.
